Our Company strongly believes in fostering a team oriented working environment and encourages our employees to attend on-going professional training courses throughout their employment with us.

In order to provide our Clients' the best services possible, all of our applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Possess at least two years of previous civilian and/or military law enforcement and/or public safety experience.
Pass our Public Safety Course.
Pass any required Client Site Location Training Courses.
Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
Provide proof of United States Citizenship or Legal Right to Work and remain in the United States.
Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
Possess a valid State Driver's License and reliable means of transportation.
Provide a clean Motor Vehicle Report for the past three years. (Applies to specific Client Site Locations).
Be free of any Misdemeanor (Non-Traffic) or Felony Convictions.
Willing to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
Pass a Criminal History Check.
Pass an Employer Reference Check.
Pass a Personal Reference Check.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Provide a stable employment history and be of strong moral character.
Ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations.
Strong oral and written communication skills are a must.
Ability to withstand inclement weather and/or extended periods of sitting, walking and/or standing.
