The key to locking down any of your protection needs involve effective, hands-on, and experienced supervisory personnel.
Midwest Protection, Inc. utilizes Project Managers to insure strict adherence to our Standard Operating Guidelines and your rules, regulations, and policies. Our Project Managers are required to possess a minimum of 8 years of civilian and/or military law enforcement and/or public safety supervisory experience. Project Managers are utilized as a liaison between our Clients and Administrative Staff.
Our Project Managers are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days per year for your convenience and will regularly check on Public Safety Officers to prevent the issue of complacency. It is our belief that in order to assure the best quality of service that we stand for, we must keep close relationships with our personnel.
Clients who wish to have Supervisory Personnel permanently assigned to their facility may choose to have a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for Public Safety staffing, scheduling, training, and evaluation at your specific location.
