Our Company believes training is and has always been the best form of protection. Employees who feel confident in their abilities to carry out their assignments lead to lower turnover, higher morale, and increased effectiveness. Applicants receive our Company Training Programs regardless if they already possess the same and/or similar training from another employer and/or training school.

This enables us to maintain consistency in our Training Programs and creates a team oriented atmosphere by having our Public Safety and Patrol Officers train and practice together. Also, you may request specialized training courses for your specific Client Site Location. These additional training courses shall be negotiated at the time the Client/Company Service Agreement is created. We are confident you will agree that our Public Safety and Patrol Officers are the best in the industry!

Professional Development Series

This course has been developed by the Professional Security Training Network (PSTN), an internationally recognized organization designed exclusively to help public safety professionals meet the growing challenges facing the industry today. Applicants will complete 12 training programs covering the most crucial topics and issues Public Safety and Patrol Officers encounter in the field. These topics include:
