Products sold by Midwest Protection, Inc. are warranted to be as advertised and to be satisfactory to you! Any product you find to be unsatisfactory may be returned to Midwest Protection, Inc. for credit or refund by returning it to us prepaid.

There is some exclusion to our Return Policy including, but not limited to, special orders and discontinued items. It is your responsibility to see that we receive the merchandise in the original package, in saleable condition, unless defective when you received it. You may return items up to 30 days after purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice.

 

Processing will be expedited by doing the following:

  1. Please call our Sales Desk Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Central Time, to request a Return Material Authorization Number. You will need to provide you're Invoice Number, Item Number(s), and the reason for the return.
  2. Include a letter of instruction in the package advising if you are requesting credit or exchange. Write your Return Material Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping carton.
  3. Pack carefully. We are not responsible for damage during the return shipment. We suggest that you insure your return package to us if it has a high-dollar value.
  4. A 20% restock fee will be applied to returns which do not meet the above criteria. 
 

Note: Strobe Tubes that have been broken in transit or during installation, never fired, will not be replaced under warranty. If the tubes are damaged in transit, it is your responsibility to contact Midwest Protection, Inc. within 48 hours so that a claim can be made with the carrier.

Also, please Do Not cut any wires flush with the base of the defective item(s). This makes it impossible to diagnose the problem once it is returned. Units that we are unable to test due to wires being cut too short will Not be covered under warranty.
