OUR PRESIDENT/CEO:

Our President/CEO, Timothy M. Karwatka, CPO has over a decade of public safety related experience and is currently a member in good standing with the International Foundation for Protection Officers and the Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Karwatka began his career as a volunteer officer with the local Emergency Management Agency in his hometown. While working his way up to the position of Director of Emergency Management in a neighboring community, he completed several Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) certifications, various public safety courses, and achieved his Certified Protection Officer (CPO) designation.

Mr. Karwatka's background includes being employed as a 911 Telecommunicator, Private Security Officer, and a Support Center Supervisor for a nation-wide contract security company. While in these positions Mr. Karwatka has received valuable experience in areas such as, healthcare, college campus, retail, and industrial public safety operations.
